3. Service Engagement
All projects will be confirmed in writing.
Projects are either charged upfront or require a 50% deposit before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
For ongoing services, billing terms will be arranged individually.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
30 days’ written notice is required to cancel any ongoing project or retainer.
Any work completed up to that point must be paid for in full.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals.
Delayed communication may impact project timelines and deliverables.

6. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver strategic, high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific results or ROI due to factors outside our control (e.g., platform changes, algorithm updates, audience behavior).

7. Limitation of Liability
HK Marketing Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. You agree to use our services at your own risk.
